I wanted to share the second part of my NYC trip with you. After a day of walking around Downtown, D and I decided to spend the rest of our trip is Midtown. We fueled up with a delicious breakfast (and mimosas of course!) at David Burke Fabrick in the Archer Hotel. Then it was off to see the christmas windows! My favorites were Lord & Taylor, and Bergdorf's. I mean fully rhinestone displays, can you get any better?! We spent some time walking around Rockefeller and seeing the tree (my first time!) It was crazy crowded though, so it was tough to get a good picture in front of it. We continued walking (and walking, and walking) until we made it Central Park. On my last trip we spent very little time in the park so I was happy to spend some time just strolling around and enjoying the views. I love that there is such a beautiful oasis amidst all the city buildings.
It was unusually warm for December (70 degrees!) so I went sans coat and was still pretty toasty. I went for a pretty casual look with this black duster and black booties paired with my new scarf (thanks D!) and my hat. It was a perfect day in the city seeing all the sights! Can't wait for my next trip back!
